ABOUT THE EVENT

As a leading non-profit organization, the Y strengthens communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Wilmington YMCA is hosting our 5K Run/Walk to offer a fun and family-friend opportunity to exercise and inspire a lifetime of active living. The Wilmington 5K and Kids 1K is accessible to all skill levels. This event supports our ability to offer our services and lifechanging progaming to all, regardless of ability to pay. This year we will also have live entertainment with Mariachi music, inflatables, food vendors, salsa (food) tasting and contest, a children’s face painting contest, and Altar displays and contests for you to enjoy!
